- Simply pick up the phone 0800 285 223 and give us a call during business hours. Our staff will walk you through the ordering process and give you recommendations to make your label stand out from the rest. We are always happy to help with any questions you might have.
- Or email us on the form provided and one of our staff will reply back with 24 hours. Make sure to always keep in mind, everything we make is custom made to your requirements, so it is impossible for us to quote online or make any comment without your artwork.
What we need from you to quote or place an order.
- Artwork/Logo. Please send us an illustrator and or a pdf file. It must be vector artwork and properly scaled to size.
- Specific Preferences. We need to know any important details you are looking for in branding. For example, if you want a woven label, we need to know what type of fold and cut, colour and quality that suits you best. If you communicate this with us, it will expedite the process.
- How many of them do you need! Keep in mind that we do have minimums, which are listed on product pages. However, we can work with you if it is your first order.
- Hang tags. We need to know details such as size, shape, string, pin, drill hole? If you aren’t sure about any of this, just ask we can help.
